Previously users were restricted to categories with no Admin. Rights and an Admin. user has access over the entire Fastpage Site. Now you can grant a user restricted access rights which is like granting a user ADMIN rights, except the rights are restricted by the category restrictions. Now a user can manage has access to the templates and Add Menu functions and all the maintenance functions. The User does not have access to the Categories, Manage Users or any of the Plugins.
