The display for the user defined fields is broken down as follows:-

Field Name	The actual MYSQL field name
ID	MYSQL Record No
Order	The order the fields display when adding or managing a menu item - the lowest No ranks to the top. You can only do this when you modify a user defined field.
Action
Modify	Allows you to modify a user defined field.
Dropdown Restriction	Allows you to create a relational hierarchical structure ensuring the integrity of data is restricted to the previous level Items in Red - means the Restriction is activated.
Dropdown Options	Allows you to enter the Dropdown values. Items in Red - means the Dropdown is activated.
	This is where you add a new field or return to the previous level
