Add a New Menu Item This allows you to Add a new menu item
List Info
Modify List summary Allows you modify the summary information
As an administrator or restricted access user you can specify a different template to the default template
Detailed Info
Edit Page Edit the detailed menu information
Recover If you have lost the edit buttons you can use recover to edit the information inside the entity.
Loosing the edit button is normally a result of copy and pasting from MS Word.
Page Article - Only system administrators
Multi-Setup Allows you to setup the 'Page Article System' - only if this has been activated.
Note - you must have an entity defined as 'Multi Page Article' to enable the table of contents within the default template

Delete Delete the Menu Item
   

Name The name appears on the 1st heading for a list display or Dropdown Menu
Short Description

You can choose to use this known as the 2nd Heading display for a LIST MENU
If you use a search box attached to the indvidual menu you can use the Short Description to hold KEY words for the search if you do not intent using this anywhere else.

User Defined Secion Allows you to add data to the user defined fields
Thumbnail Select a thumbnail image if this option displays
ILINK
  If you have not been instructed otherwise - just accept the default of 'Yes'
Ilink allows you to skip entering detailed information be selecting 'No'
Default Menu Template This field only displays for Administrators and Restricted access users.
Normally you leave this field blank, but you can overide the default menu template for any menu entity by loading the template here.
Note - this only appears for users who have ADMIN rights
