User Defined Fields


Select User defined Fields from the menu Bar
Dropdown Options

You should modify only the boxes with the red words, as the other fields have not been activated.
Dropdown Values

Descr(1) - this is the main value that appears in the dropdown box
Descr(2) - optional 2nd value attached to the dropdown
Descr(3) - optional 3rd value attached to the dropdown

The dropdown list ensures data integrity is kept and will appear in the Add Menu and Manage Menu's options.
Modify Click to save the changes made to the dropdown line
Delete Removes the Dropddown Option
Add New Value
  This allows you to add a new drop down value
