Adding a Menu Item

Add a New Menu Item

This allows you to Add a new menu item

Name	The name appears on the 1st heading for a list display or Dropdown Menu
	(Note the name can be customised as in the example above)
Short Description	You can choose to use this known as the 2nd Heading display for a LIST MENU If you use a search box attached to the indvidual menu you can use the Short Description to hold KEY words for the search if you do not intent using this anywhere else.
User Defined Fields	Any user defined fields will display in this section.
Thumbnail Image	Allows you to load a tumbnail image for the summary list display The Image ideally should fit into the container size as mentioned by the Width x Height Large images will be re sized, however the larger the image this may result in pixelation. Images should not have a resolution higher than 72 DPI

	Normally just accept the default setting which is 'Yes" unless you are otherwise instructed by your web designer Activate the detailed information (ilink command) This line will display if there is intelligent linking activated for the detailed information. If you do not want to enter detailed information then select "No" or leave as the default which is Yes Item Active If you do not want the menu item to display Select 'N' This option is used for an intelligent link command, as in some circumstances the summary listing is all you require where the link to further information becomes the exception as opposed to the rule. Continue to edit detailed info (rev 5.33 - 19th May 2009 or later) This allows you to continue to the edit the detailed information
