For end users all Page Article functions are found under the 'Edit Page' tab

The Page Article System must be activated by your administrator using a special entity.
You will know if you have this if you see under the edit page the following bullets with a Multi-Setup Tab
|
If you see this tab this means the page has not been converted to a Page Article System
You can either leave the page as it is or click the Convert to Multi Page tab.
Once you do this you will be able to have multiple pages under the one menu entry
